Merlin messaging, Immediate answer help

Have a magix system that we need only one line, Line 205 in the system, to ring into the auto attendant immediately. we assigned the line to calling group 770 and made sure that the line was assigned on the auto attendant but when you call in you get the message, "Transferring to operator, please hold." I have run into this problem before on another system and do not remember what was done to fix it. Any suggestions? Thanks. Matt
 
Line 205 is not the normal line numbering - it would be line 805 usually. If the voicemila says "transferring to the operator" - then the voicemail calling group (usually 770) has not beenn setup correctly.
