Merlin Messaging - Dial by name HELP! 1

We have a Merlin Legend phone system with Merlin Messaging 1.0. We allow incoming callers to dial by name (*2). The problem is we have two people with last names that match up on the first 4 characters:

GENT
FENT

Is there any way to change the system so that when the user dials the four characters, it can read the two names and allow them to choose? If that is not possible, any other suggestions?

So have you actually tried it?

In this situation, it will automatically come back with "2 entries match the name you entered. Press 1 for" - then it plays the recorded name for the first match - "Press 2 for" - and then plays the recorded name for the second match.
