Merlin Messaging Default Password

How do I reset the Merlin Messaging R1 admin password back to default.

Second, is there a way to default the system back to factory settings like you can with hyperterminal and a Merlin Mail?

I don't know how to reset the password, but once you know the password, you can enter system administration, and when asked to press 1 for system parameters, 2 for extensions...
dial 989clear. This will default the system for you
