Merlin Messaging and line 13 and above

Have a Merlin Messaging with 3 412LS boards and then two 800GS/LS boards. The correct voice message is answering calls on lines into the first 10 lines (two ports on the 412's are for MOH and paging). The next line is answered but no voice mail attendant. Instead the call is transferred to the general mailbox.

Any ideas on what I missed?

Check to see if lines are assigned under the voice mail calling group.

Yes they are.

Check the voice mail ports and make sure those lines are not assinged. If this is a squared system I think new lines are auto assigned to exts.

So in the system make sure that those lines are not showing as personal lines to the voice mail ports?

Lines are assigned to pool 70. The first 8 plus the ones on the two 800 modules are all in that pool.

Module was setup using the typical setup sheet that has been posted to the forum before.

All calls are answered immediately by attendant 1, no operator first.

In the voice mail I have assigned all of the lines to the attendant.
