Merlin Messaging and Broken record

Has any one had the problem with Merling Messaging sounding like a broken record? We have gone to several voice mails and the system starts playing the messages and suddently start repeating the message over and over again and there is not way to stop it unless we delete the message. This has happened multiple of times now.

In addition, we have a person that check for messages today and the system says there are not new messages but then a day or two later, it says that there are messages from one or two days passed.

Any suggestions,

It sounds broken to me.

I have had some broken ones exhibit that failure in the past.

Look for a post from DREW and ask him.
