I have been asked if it is possible to have a caller choose a different language for call prompts after the main Auto attendant greeting is heard in English. The customer would like to offer the caller to hear the prompts in 5 other languages. I'm guessing that this can be accomplished with sub menus. Can anyone confirm my thought and give me a brief example of how the programming would be set up.
I'm thinking something like this.
Caller hears main auto Attendant greeting in English. Then is prompted to press 2 for Spanish, press 3 for German, etc.
Selector code 2 would be directed to sub menu 2 and have a Spanish speaking prompts, selector code 3 would be directed to a German speaking prompt, etc.
The goal is to have each submenu behave just like the main menu but only in a different language.
Any thoughts? Am I on the right track ?.
