Merlin Messaging Admin password 3

I have inherited a customer who has no clue what the admin password is to his Merlin messaging 2.5. It is not 123456,654321,1234 or 4321.
Can anyone tell me how to reset the admin password to default.
I cannot return the entire system to factory default of course because I do not have the admin password.

Backdoor passwords cannot be posted, so you need to contact Avaya or a Business Partner.
