Merlin Messaging Admin Password

Hello -
Can anyone assist me with instructions on how to reset the Admin Mailbox Password? I have a customer in which the person that knew it has left the company (not on good terms) and says he does not know it. I know this info cannot be posted but I can give you an email to send it to.
