Have console 4200 answer all calls, in night to AA2. 0/TO set to GenMailBox. GenMailBox2 owner set to 4200. AA2 ext number 4200. Fault ='s, select '0' call routes back to AA2, not to GenMailBox2.

Found fault, cust recorded same greeting on AA2 and genmailbox2!!!!
