1) I configured AA #1
2) I created my CALLING GROUP (791)
3) I assigned the DLC to the GROUP COVER (30)
4) I assigned LINES (801 - 808) to AA #1

Problem:
I cannot add the LINES/POOLS to CALLING GROUP (791), the system beeps and denies my entry.

Any Ideas?

I checked all CALLING GROUPS (770 - 791) to see if they have been assigned, but could not find anything.

Are your lines in pools? Add pool 70 (the default main pool) to the calling group, instead of the individual lines.

Thanks TouchTone..

I assigned the pool (70) and now the AA is picking up, but the AA automatically directs the call to the operator. Am I missing something?

Sounds as if you do not have a main AA greeting recorded and it's just dumping to the ZERO time out option.

Have you assigned a AA mail box to your VM group 791 with in the Messaging its self?

This is probably too obvious, but are your port extensions used for M.M. set to rotary? Also, you need to set the extension length in the MM to whatever the extension length is in the Legend/Magix..
