Hi Ya'all, I have a Merlin Magix with an extension (x905) that is remote forwarded to 800-869-3557. When you call that extension's DID (605-472-2905) you forward to the 800 number just fine. When I choose choice 1 from attendant 1 which is a selector code transfer to x905, I ring to the attendant and never forward. I've tried giving the VM ports ARS access, 'dial out' unrestricted, remote ability and trunk to trunk transfer ability. No matter what I try I can't get the VM system to go to a station that is set to forward outside. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated :)

You covered the settings, but be sure that EACH voice mail port has an FRL of 3, Unrestricted, permissions for Trunk to Trunk transfer and Remote Call Forward.

Here is some of the systems programming.

I noticed this, please let me know if this has any bearing. The VM ports are 7136, 7137, 7138 and 7139
