Under the old key mode I had one extension that was assigned to a second AA. Basically the AA just greets the person and says please wait then the call rings to extension 115 with VM coverage via dial 0/timeout. Now that this PRI is in place the call just goes straight to VM as expected. So I know I need to make 115 an AA and assign it to my second AA. But that is the answering extension and I assume there would be conflicts. I have 116 free, can I just make 116 the AA for attendant 2? It would not have a phone connected. Since they want it to answer immediately I won't have to worry about delay rings.
