Merlin Messaging AA flow list? 1

I have 15 voice mail boxes set up, all calls now go through the DLC operator. Could someone discribe the steps of how I get a new CO line through the Magix(key mode with DLC operator) to the first AA in the Merlin Messaging (2.5). The AA needs to say "if you know your ext dial it, or spell the last name". My 15 ext are using cover 30 and call group 777.

Add the trunk into lines/pools inside group calling (777), and then go into the voice mail administration, Auto Attendants, and line assignment. This will assign the line to the proper auto attendant and will add the line to the VM group and send it to auto attendant right away.

Now, am I able to change the "default" greeting for that AA. Like to a voice everyone knows?

Correct. Go into Auto Attendants, select the proper tenant, etc, etc. and "Record Menu Prompt", and record whatever you want for the greeting.
