Merlin Messaging 2.5 New MBs

Hey guys, Though relatively proficient with Nortel, Im unschooled in Merlin.
I added a couple new extensions for a customer and they asked me to set up VM as well. I got them built no problem, recorded names, changed pw, and chose 'yes' for having a phone associated with it.
My problem is that I cant transfer calls to the MB.
Any suggestions greatly sppreciated!

Must also tell the phone system that there is a place to send the unansweree calls. Which means add them to the Voice Mail coverage group, usually group 30, although it could be any group from 1 to 30.

Go into system programming, then to the 2nd page of Extensions, pick Group Coverage, 30 and enter; add the new extensions, and see if you're good to go.
