I have a cust with a 2.5 messaging. The trouble is messages are being cut off, but then you can go back into the mailbox and the whole message will play? I assumed bad vmail so i replaced the messaging and still having the same problem. It is a random problem, not all messages are being cut off. No alarms in magix, T1 appears to have no errors. This happens to more than 1 mailbox also. I have deleted mailboxes and readded this does not help either. Any info on what to check would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Merlin Messaging 2.5 message trouble

I had this very issue and it turned out the users were all on the same 412TDL module. Once it was replaced, it took care of the problem.
