Short of calling on Avaya does anyone know of a way of resetting my administration password on a merlin messaging R2.0. I've tried sysadmin and tech1000 from the RS232 interface with a variety of suggestions from other posts as well as the alpha-numeric sn stickered to the main circuit board.
Help here is greatly appreciated. I might consider a liver, kidney, the secret to the universe!
