Customer has magix 4.0/messaging 4.0 8port. Calls go to AA immediately all the time. They are in two digit extensions. Approximately every fifth call to the AA, the caller presses the extension and it routes to the incorrect extension or the CAS. I have triple checked the selector codes and also made sure that group coverage is set to the vm, under group calling. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
