Merlin Mail R3 "gremlin"

Greetings All,

Got a seemingly odd problem. We have two Merlin Legend systems, when we connect the Merlin Mail R3 (two port) to one legend (r7.0) it works fine. When connected to the other (legend r4.2), when you dial it, instead of answering "welcome to Merlin Mail" it responds "transfering call" then rings four times, then repeats "tranfsfering call", rings 4, etc. We can't get into admin or find the "ringing" port. Any ideas?

Sounds like the calling group isn't set as Integrated VMI, so the Legend is not sending "mode codes" to the Voice Mail to identify how to handle the calls.
