Hey Thank for taking the time to read this message. I have been given the responsibility of being the phone administrator and I have no manual. The issue that I need to resolve is when the customer calls our main number the phone rings once and goes right to the automated attendant… Can anyone help?

In most cases, thats the behaviour that people want
for their machines.

You can tweak or remove that feature by changing or removing
the attendant.
