Merlin Mail Personal Operator

Not sure of my Legend Version, it is at a remote site, nor do I the version of my Merlin Main. I am positive it is a Merlin Mail.
My Question: Can I set a personal operator from each mailbox for a caller to route out of the mailbox to an extension I set?
I don't seem to be able to find where to make that change. I've search Tek-tips and looked at Avaya's documentation on the Merlin Mail.

You can set a Personal Operator on a per-mailbox basis. The user has to log into their Voice Mail. Then press 4 to change the personal operator option and follow the prompts.
