Merlin Mail Operator Mailbox / Extension

I have setup a Merlin Mail system, so when it transfers to the operator or "0" it dials ext 400 (Which is a virtual extension). I have 3 Phones on the system setup with a Primary Coverage button for Extension 400, so all three phones can ring when someone presses "0". Is there a way to make Extension 400's mailbox not take messages, but copy them to say another extension. Or is there a way to make ext 400 light the message lamp on another phone.
