Merlin Mail hard drive is corrupt.

Hi there..I have a Merlin Mail R2.1 multi-lingual "stand alone" voice mail that has a hard drive problem...When I try to access it through my hyperteminal connection, it connects but after giving me partial data ,it displays "I/O error reading Drive D" . Is there a boot diskette available , so I can reformat the hard drive....or any other suggestions would be appreciated....

Hi: I thought I had replied to this posting before. There is no "boot" card that you can use to reformat or reload the software. Other possible problems may be the power supply, corrupted BIOS, or motherboard. If you need a drive, I can probably get one for you. If you want to send me your drive, I can test it and try reloading the software. Shoot me an email with your email address or contact info...Tom
