Merlin Mail Class of Service Codes

Can anyone supply a list of the Merlin Mail Class of Service Codes?

Also, is there a way to have a mailbox play a greeting and transfer to an extention without any user imput?

I would download the user's guide, and the programming guide.

I believe you can't transfer out of a mailbox. Once the call hits there it is a dead end.

You could set up an attendant, or announcement and do it that way.

The Autoattendant works well, have no options programmed except for the dial 0 timeout which you would set to the next destination

once your in a voice mail box you have two choices
1 leave a message or if you press *T it will let you transfer to another extension there is no way to my knowlege to auto transfer some one out
