Merlin Mail AA not answering

Hi all!

New day and night AA prompts(greetings) were recorded on an AA in Merlin Mail and now the AA will not answer. If they do not answer (the AA is used as a backup to the receptionist) all incoming calls to the main number are answered by the receptionist's vmail. I have stepped back through all of the prompts and everything seems to be in order. There were no changes made in the switch.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Create a mailbox with the same extension number as the Operator station with a class of service as 15.

Thanks Jimi, but we solved the problem. The lines just jumped out of the pool group....
