I recently converted our day/night AA to a automated schedule. When I did this, I ran across a strange problem, when the night menu schedule is active, and a caller calls in you get the night message, and then hang up, the call is then transferred to the console, you pick up and it's a fast busy. If I disable the schedule and go back to the night service button option, this problem goes away. Any idea's on this?
