I have a current system with a "record Beep" error. There are times when calling both local extension's and ouside DID's that the caller does hear the user greeting but it is not followed by a record tone. Has anyone ran into this issue?

Is it sparatic or consistent? If it happens everytime, then I would check the Call Answer Mode setting of the mailbox. If it is in Answer Only mode instead of Record mode, then this will happen. Just a thought.
