Merlin Mail 2.2 default

I have a merlin mail release 2.2. It is hooked up through the the hyper-terminal on my laptop. I keep getting "invalid system password:". This is the first r2.2 that I have done, but I have defaulted alot of others. I even did the c: promt thing to get the password, It displays numbers and letters.

Any advise would be greatly appericiated
