merlin magix with 4406d+ phone doesnt ring.

ive got a merlin magix with 4406d+ phones one of them i just reinstalled and now even though it ids via spkr #00 as the correct ext. when it is called it doesnt ring or show an incoming call any help would be appreciated. im going back to the job site the manuals ive looked through dont give you much to go on. thanks in advance for any and all help.

If you have SPM, You can print the extension and see if it is forwarded.

Also, what about SELF TEST, Intercom, Speaker, *00?

Look at the programming on this phone and make shure that you still have your SA buttons assigned.

When someone calls the phone do you see any lights blinking???
