Merlin Magix Voicemail Password Lost for User 1

I have a situation where I've moved a phone and the user cannot remember his voicemail password. How to I clear it from either the phone itself or the administrator console?

Which Voice Mail? Merlin Mail, Merlin Messaging, Audix? I don't know Audix, but if it is MerMail or MerMsg, you log into the System Administrator's Mailbox, hit 9 for programming, and follow the prompts to get to mailboxes and reset the password.

Here is a cut-n-paste of a cheat sheet for Merlin Messaging. I assumes that the VM group is 770 and the password for the SysAdmin is 123456:

Resetting Mailbox Password
1 - Press "Check Msg's" or dial 770
2 - Enter "0 #" (Administrator's Mailbox)
3 - Enter "1 2 3 4 5 6 #" (Password)
4 - Press "9" (Programming)
5 - Press "2" (Mailboxes)
6 - Enter "[Mailbox Number] #"
7 - Press "3" (Reinitialize Password)
8 - Enter "* * 9" (Disconnect)
