When transferring a call to one and only one extension,either manually or via the autoattendant the user gets what I call a slow cut thru.That is,when she answers the call it takes a few seconds before she can talk with the caller. This is sporadic and happens on either a blind transfer or an announced transfer.She also uses a headset and has headset status and headset hangup buttons.We have changed the port,the phone(4412 TDL) and the headset.
Has anyone run into this? It happens more than 50% of the time and has been going on for a couple of years.
