Merlin Magix system w/ Merlin Mail

I have one phone that all of a sudden stopped ringing. Calls go directly to VM. There is not even a DND button programmed to the exension (Already checked that). The voicemail is set up like all other voicemails in the building. Any ideas?

Do as merlinman states, either go through Winspm and check to make sure DND is not active (it can be active even if there is no button and this is the most common reason this happens). If you don't have access to Winspm, put a DND button on the phone and see if the light comes on. Even if it doesn't, press it to turn it on, then turn it back off.
