Merlin Magix, System Greeting 2

Hi
In coming calls go a System Greeting that instructs them on what extensions they can dial.
How do I access the system Greeting and change it?

Assuming you have a Merlin Messaging, you have to administer the AUTO ATTENDANT. It is done through System Administrator programming, and there are 4 AA's to choose from.

Usually only the 1st one is used.

To expand a little bit on what Merlinman said....you first need to dial the voicemail access code from a telephone connected to the system, log in as the System Administrator, select option "9" (if the voicemail is a Merlin Messaging) and follow the prompts to access the auto attendants and make any required changes.

Thanks Guys...you helped me alot. The problems has been taken care of. I wasn't sure if the greeting was done in system programing or messaging programing.
