Merlin Magix Service Observer

I have a client who we swapped extensions with another (in order for her to program the PBX). I reprogrammed all the buttons, but now here old Service Observer button no longer works.

Can anyone walk me through the programming the steps (briefly) to get to the group where I will modify the "Observer".

It seems that programming never follows an ext swap! I renumbered to a phantom number, then renubered the two extensions. So I think the Phantom number is now the observer?? Now I wish to change it back I do not not know where...

Nevermind, I searched the threads and found that the answer was;

Sys Program -> Start -> Extensions -> ServiceObserver -> Oberserver or Members

There ya go
