Merlin Magix r4 System Speed Dial 1

Ok so i found the speed dial feature code *24 and the range is from 600 on.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to actually program the list.

I found how to label the number under labels.

Please help

Using WIN SPM, NOT STANDARD SPM, go to QUICK ACCESS, SPEED DIAL, and the solution will be quite obvious.
