I have an R4 magix with 2 408 MLX GS/ID cards and all MLX 16s. When I ICM ring one extension there is nothing on the display to show where the call is coming from. When you press the ICM ring button the ifo comes on the display. I read where this was programmable but couldn't find what it was called or where is was in programming.

Does this Extension have Idle Line Select?
Also if you swap it with a different extension does the trouble stay with the PHONE or the EXTENSION NUMBER?

You can re-number it to the extension number they did have.
