The customer added a new PRI and the lines were automatocally assigned to all of the DLCs. Do I have to remove the lines form the pool before Ican remove them form the DLC? I went into Extensions - Lines/Trunks but everytime I pressed the buttom associated with one of lines I got an error tone.

No. You can remove them from the extentions only. Press menu, system program, start/exit, extentions, lines/trunks, enter the operator extention number and press enter, press entry mode, press inspect to see what lines are there - touch exit/back - and now delete the lines one-by-one (enter line number and press delete) - press inspect to make sure all of them are gone. (You could also delete these lines by pressing buttons - but to be safe I prefer "Entry Mode".
Then go into centralized programming and give each operator about 4 to 5 extra SA-Ring buttons so they can handle multiple calls.
