Processor is Melin Magix Processor, R4.O, MOH. When you go into the programming mode it gives the the choice of either Group Calling MOH or System MOH. But not both, we tried to combine the two with no success. Do we have to use a duel music source? Do we have to use two trunk/line ports. We are using a Group Calling (Call Queue), so it is emparative to have MOH for the folks that are in the queue waiting for a call taker to answer, though we would like to have MOH for the folks that are placed on hold for a second Auto Attendant set of lines that we call back door lines.

you can have only 1 MOH in the system

as for MOH plays in the Queue for a busy extension after listing to the Delay announcement

From the Magix R3.0 Feature Reference:

If the Group Calling Music-On-Hold port is not assigned, Music-On-Hold is provided by the source
connected to the System Music On Hold port (the source used for Release 2.2 and earlier
systems.). If there is no System or Group Calling Music-On-Hold port assigned, the caller hears
special ringback.
In all releases, Music-On-Hold is not provided for internal calls.
