Do the messaging ports that provide the mwi also enable the indication on the 4412 display? My customer had 15 exts that had 40+ messages and I think it was causing problems. I've reset those exts and I've busied/restored the slot. But the display does not say if they have any new or old messages.

needs to be messaging 2.5 or greater.
if so then perhaps a carrier power recycle in the proper order.
only extensions assigned to vm cover group are eligible for display

control unit should be running magix r2 or higher

It is. The displays were working up until yesterday. Now the displays show date and time only. Shutting down the system at 2pm est.

The power cycle worked. It took awhile for the displays to come up. Some extensions I had to leave messages for the displays to show. Thanks again for the help and the quick response!
