Merlin Magix Message Light Problem

Hello Folks;

I have what I call a soft extension on the main tel, which is the receptionist extn 33. The soft extn or the phantom extn which is x19, is only a secondary appearance. I have problem lighting the light for x19. ANy input?

To my knowledge you cannot light a phantom mailbox's message waiting light on a physical phone. The only way to have a message waiting light on a magix is to have a physical telephone associated with the mailbox.

I figured it out. The only way to do it is to activate #53 thru outcalling. Then the light has to be manually turned off.
