Merlin Magix / Merlin Messaging

Customer has a Magix system with Merlin Messaging 8 Port. System has been working fine for over 5 years. I was send out there because voicemail stopped working. Voicemail works when dialing 770 or when dial extension ports directly(tested all 8 ports system answers) but when you call an extension it does not transfer to their voicemail. Call rings and on the 3rd ring it sounds like it transferred but just keeps ring. Checked programming everything looks right. I reset system and the same thing still happens. Can anyone point me in the right directions. Thanks
 
The basics of voicemail setup

The Merlin Messaging extension ports are assigned to a calling group, usually 770
The group is set to Integrated VMI
The Messaging extension ports are set to Rotary Enabled
A Coverage Group, usually 30, is assigned to the Voicemail Call Group
Each extension that has a mailbox is assigned to Coverage Group 30


 
Tommy, I check all the program yesterday it all look ok. I'm going back on later today to try a few other things. Everything was working until Monday. They said there were no power failures, etc. If I dial 770 I get the voicemail system or if I dial the extension 200,201,202,... I get the voicemail system(these are the port assigned to VM.) It's just not working when you call the extension to leave a message. You hear like it wants to transfer but it just keeps ringing the extension.
 
I would suggest restoring the translations from the PCMCIA Card using the AUTO BACK UP from the WEEK prior to this last Sunday. - This could fix it IF this is TRANSLATION related. Of course, do a MANUAL BACK UP FIRST.

Checked all settings all were correct, but restored setting and everything started working. I guess there was something in the program that was off. Thanks again, you guys are the best.
