Merlin Magix: incoming blink / flash but no ring 1

One of the incoming phone lines doesn't ring, it just flashes / blinks.

This is only true for the one of the incoming numbers (Customers call this office using different numbers - e.g. Local customers, 1-800 customers, - each number has its own hunt group).

The IT guy left and some other newbie - not me!! - maybe did something in the WinSPM (Socket SPM 9.0) computer gui interface to the Merlin Magix....

Any ideas?

Put the phone in programming mode Touch the line you want to ring and dial *37.

Program mode would constitute as Feature 00 from the Telephone you are going to program. Feature *00 to get out.
