Merlin Magix I have an extension that can only answer calls now and not dial out !

I am working on a Merlin Magix and extension 217 for some strange reason can only recieve calls on trunks and cannot dial out...what happened ??? Perhaps someone could tell me how to repair this problem....

It very well may be some type of restriction. If you have access to WINSPM, you can print an extension information report for that extension and, looking it over line by line, see what is causing this.

It can be OUTWARD Restricted, ARS Restricted, or perhaps it's restricted another way.

WINSPM can help in trouble shooting this.
