Merlin Magix/ force entry account code

I have a Merlin Magix Switch and would like to know how to setup a Force entry account code to allow for OUTSIDE dialing, and also how do i assign Group paging for the system so the Attendent/enduser can page to ext's assigned to class rooms.

Setup a Paging Group or several paging groups under Extentions, Group Page - with the extention numbers you want included. The operator can then page the group using an intercom button or program a Page button on her phone.

A Forced Account Code Entry can be any number. I assume you mean this - rather than an authorization code - which is totally different.

To program the requirement for a Forced Account Code for an extention or extentions: Press Sys Program > Exit > Extensions > Account, then enter extensions numbers to be included in this requirement. You can also delete them or use "inspect" to see which ones are programmed for forced account codes.
