Merlin Magix Firmware Update for T1/PRI

Good Afternoon,
First time user to this forum...
I have a need to update the firmware on a Merlin Magix 100DCD T1/PRI. According to the folks bringing in a new PRI, I need to have a minimum firmware update of 100 for the 100DCD to function correctly with their system.
Does anyone have any pointers or sources for me to utilize to achieve this task? Any assistance provided would be appreciated.

I have never heard of it. Considering that these items quit being manufactured many years ago, I wonder if there even is such a thing. I've been able to make them work with just about any carrier. I'm not sure I've done a Time Warner or not.

Insist that your provider setup their side for for Custom or 5E Custom or 5E.
Set your pbx type to 5ESS and you should have no issues.
Their biggest mistake is setting their side to NI2. Wont work.
