I need to know how to program DIDs to extensions, starting from getting into the system. A long time customer bought a new building with this system in it. Their DIDs did work until they changed carriers for their T1. They are able to make calls and recieve calls, just not on their DIDs.

To fix this your PRI Programming must be in sync with your extension numbering plan.
I suggest you print and the PRI Info and Extension Directory.
Also, let us know what digits the carrier is sending.

I have the numbers being sent and of course the extensions as well. The phone company is sending 4 dnis digits and the ext. #s are 3 digit. I understand what to do from working with other systems as far as putting the DID with the ext. I just dont know how to get there to do it or check it in this system. not very familiar with programming this system.

The programming you need to do/change - is under Lines/Trunks, PRI, Dial Plan Routing, Patterns.
It would make sense - to first do a print of your PRI information - so can see which "pattern" or patterns need to be modified - and how they are currently setup.
