Hello. I have an Avay Merlin Magix system using WinSPM release 9.0. In our sales office, incoming calls will ring on a phone until a certain number of rings, and if unanswered, the call will start ringing on another phone. I've got one phone in the office that doesn't do that, and I need to see how to change that. It doesn't appear to be by extension either, as I swapped the extension with one that did pick up, and the same effect. The user's phone still won't ring. I'm wondering if this is set in the Merlin Magix system or in our Octel VMX 200 system. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
