Merlin MAgix 4424ld set issue

Merlin Magix 4.0
Have a 4424LD set at the operator stations.
The set functions, but the display does not function.
Also, the DSS unit is not functioning.
Any suggestions?

OR - if you did not get a power supply with the phone - you need one for the display and DSS to work.
