I have a phone that says I have three messages on the display but when I check the voice mail there is no messages.

Check mailbox 9991. This is the general mailbox. Your zero timeout is probably set to go to the general mailbox during Night Service.

Hmmm, the "New" and "Old" messages display on the LCD screen is only for the mailbox that is the same extension number as the actual extension. Doesn't display message count for general mailboxes. You might want to try the MWL clear and update functions from the Maintaince screen.
