Merlin Magix 4 , merlin messaging AA transfer to extension's VM

I have a Merlin magix 4 with Merlin messaging. Our company has recently downsized and we now have an AA serving as a receptionist. Our AA tranfers to groups and that is working fine, however on 2 of our groups there arte only 1 person, and our GM wants those groups to transfer to VM if the line is busy. I know I have to change these 2 groups to direct extension tranfer, but I can not get the VM to pick up. The entire menu works, the transfers work, but the phone will just ring and not go to VM on these 2 extensions. I have removed the users and added them back into group 30. I have changed the group to a direct extension transfer. Any other Ideas why when they transfer to the users extension the VM will not pickup if the line is busy?

Change the option off the attendant to a "selector code transfer" and specify the appropriate extension for each of the options. ie.. for sales press 1, and you want the call to go to x100 and then to x100 vmbox, change selector code 1 to "selector code transfer" and send it to x100.

x100 would need to be in group 30 in order for it to cover to that mailbox.

That is what I have done. I have attached a screen shot.
Selector code 6 and 5 are the ones I am trying to get to transfer to an extension then vm if busy. VM does work for these users, just not through this method.

How many SA buttons on stations 7305 & 3621, are they being cover by any other stations, are they in any other calling groups ?
