Merlin Magix 3.0 - Forward w/Simultaneous Ring

We upgraded our processor to 3.0 and found we can't activate Call Forward w/Simultaneous Ring with our existing T1-Loop Start phone service. Are there any "work arounds" or are we totally out of luck with our current setup?

Thanks for any input / direction.
